Refund policy

 Returns

We hope you love the garden or refills that you ordered. But in case you change your mind, you may return unopened EverySeason Gardens and refills and we will issue you a refund. You have up to 21 calendar days from the date of purchase to return items purchased. If 21 calendar days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are very sorry, but soil & seeds are perishable items and therefore can not be accepted once the package is opened, even if the package is resealed or the soil & seeds are unused. We will issue a partial refund for unused planters returned within 21 calendar days (as described in the previous paragraph). 

Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the returned item meets the criteria for a refund. If the returned item is eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Replacements

If your order was incorrectly fulfilled or arrived damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at order@knowingnature.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Shipping

To return your item, you should mail your product to: 80 Brayton Street, Englewood, NY 07631.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5 to 7 business days.
